To cover the operational costs of the ThanksBusDriver platform (including hosting, security, and infrastructure), a monthly maintenance fee of 2 points is applied to each active driver account.
How it works:
Drivers may request account deactivation at any time. Upon deactivation, all personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days.
ThanksBusDriver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our platform.

Points purchased for the purpose of thanking drivers are non-refundable once they have been awarded to a driver.

You may cancel your account at any time. Any unused points in your account at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.
